In the business world, this is known as "the application". If you want to be considered, you must fill this part out. We won't take DMs, or IG messages, resume referrals, etc. Ya gots to do this part like er'body else. It's not like other applications you've filled out. You can be sure about that :)
Think of this almost like a test. We'll assign you a small project (something that can be completed in a day) so you can show us what you're made of. You'll have the option of choosing between 3 different projects so you can pick the one that best suits your application of abilities. We'll then review the project with you where will both give thoughts about how it went and answer questions you may have.
This is where the process comes to a close. We know it's been a grueling process, but here you'll find out why (or why not) you were added to the team. We know most places like to give a generic denial, but we'll try to do our best to give it to you straight without hurting your feelings if you don't make the cut.
And if you don't make the cut don't take it as you need to do something different or that anything is wrong with you. There are a limited number of slots and most people qualified people probably deserve them. But there can only be one. Or two. Maybe three in some cases, and that might not be you. It's okay friend. Dry your eyes, better things to come perhaps....
